Ownership

Panda Merge (package: com.sensei.pandamerge) is the original work of Sensei Studios. Its source code is open source under the MIT License. Its artwork, characters, names and logos are not, and all rights to them are reserved.

Open Source Parts

The following parts of the Game are available under open licenses, and anyone may use them under those licenses:

  • Source code and scripts - MIT License
  • Interface icons marked as MIT in the source code - MIT License
  • Music and sound effects, made from scratch by the Game's own tools - MIT License
  • Fonts (Lilita One and Nunito) - SIL Open Font License, by their authors

All Rights Reserved

The following parts of the Game are not covered by the open licenses above. They are the property of Sensei Studios, all rights reserved:

  • All panda character artwork and their names
  • Background artwork, item and reward pictures, and other images, except the icons listed above
  • Store listing images, banners and marketing art
  • The "Panda Merge" name, branding and logos

Some of the artwork, including newer pandas, icons and store images, was made with the help of AI image generation (OpenAI), based on the Game's original art.

  • License: MIT License, except two Metaplex Core files under the Metaplex NFT License

  • Usage: Optional rewarded video ads

Jupiter API

Blockchain Assets

Sensei Panda NFT Collection

  • Collection ID: GMoemLuVAksjvGph8dmujuqijWsodt7nJsvwoMph3uzj
  • The Sensei Panda NFT collection is a separate digital asset project associated with Sensei Studios.
  • The in-game holder bonus is a feature of the Game. Ownership of and rights to individual NFTs are governed by the terms of the NFT collection.

Token and Product References

  • USDC is a trademark of Circle Internet Financial, LLC. The Game accepts USDC for purchases but does not issue or manage USDC.
  • SKR is the token of the Solana Mobile ecosystem. The Game accepts SKR for purchases but does not issue or manage SKR.
  • Seeker, Seeker Genesis Token and Solana dApp Store are products of Solana Mobile. The Game checks for a Seeker Genesis Token for an in-game bonus but does not issue or manage it.
  • SOL and Solana are trademarks of the Solana Foundation. The Game runs on the Solana blockchain but is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Solana Foundation.

Names and Branding

The names "Panda Merge," "PandaMerge," and "Sensei Studios," along with associated logos and character designs, are the property of Sensei Studios. These names and marks are not registered trademarks. Sensei Studios claims common law rights through use in commerce. The MIT License for the source code does not grant any rights to these names, logos or characters.

Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted in the License Agreement or the open licenses listed above are reserved by Sensei Studios. No part of the Game that is all rights reserved may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published or broadcast without prior written permission from Sensei Studios, except as permitted by applicable law.

DMCA and Infringement

If you believe that any content within the Game infringes upon your copyright, please contact Sensei Studios with the following information:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located within the Game
  • Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  • Your physical or electronic signature
